What are the costs?
There are no fees/commissions/costs associated with listing or searching on NNNEx. To pay for the operation of this site we generate advertising revenues through Google Ads and marketing opportunities, which appear on many of the pages.

Why is NNNEx.com free?
We believe in establishing and hosting this web site on behalf of the net lease industry and believe the advantage of increased communication will only serve to assist universally. We feel that by expanding our network of NNN Brokers, Buyers, Sellers, Lenders, 1031 Intermediaries, and Institutions we will create additional opportunities for our own company as well as others involved with NNNEx.com.

How can I get my listing featured on the front page?
We have an advertising program at competitive rates. Please
contact us for details.

What type of listings can I post on NNNEx?
NNNEx is designed to host
tenanted net lease properties for sale only. The site does not accommodate vacant land, businesses for sale or properties that are for lease.
5.
Why is my listing no longer on NNNEx?
To keep the listings on our site accurate we require all listings to be updated every 45 days. If listings are not updated for more than 3 months they are automatically deleted without notice.
6.
What are the benefits to being a free member?
As a member you can post unlimited listigns, create e-mail alerts for new properties and take part in our advertising program.
